Update Organization Subscription Plan
PUT/organizations/:org_id/billing/subscription
Update an existing organization subscription plan. Owner only. Upgrades immediately charge the fixed price difference, grant the additional plan credits, and begin a new monthly billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
