Share a Collection

By default, newly created collections in Fuzzing Hero are private to your user account. To collaborate, you can share a collection with one of your organizations.

Sharing a Collection with your Organization​

Only the collection owner or organization admins can modify visibility settings.

  1. Navigate to the Collections page and select the collection you want to share.
  2. Click Settings in the top-right corner of the requests list view.
  3. On the default General settings tab, scroll down to the Visibility section:
    • Private: The collection remains visible only to you.
    • Organization: The collection will be shared with all members of a chosen team.
  4. If you selected Organization, choose the target organization from the Organization dropdown menu.
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the modal.

Your collection will now be categorized under your organization's shared repository, allowing colleagues to view, modify, and run scans against it.

warning

Changing a collection's visibility or shifting its organization may automatically disable and remove custom checks from the scan categories configuration if they belong to a different privacy scope.

Similarly, modifying a directive or validator's privacy settings may remove them from scan category configurations if they belong to a different privacy scope.
